What is Biophilia?
Biophilia means love of life or living things. It is a term coined by a psychologist Erich Fromm in 1964 and later popularised by a biologist at Harvard Edward O. Wilson in 1980’s. It is a representation of human need for connectivity and harmony with nature. A positive feelings that people have toward organisms, species, habitats, processes and objects in their natural surroundings.
Biophilia is the core foundation of Dwell Interiors. We are a devotees of nature, ecology and sustainability and with this approach, we aim to help you bring Biophilic Design into your home or work to enhance health and well being . . .

Biophilic design is an emerging new trend within interior design as well as in the architectural world. By bringing nature into the space, it help reduce stress, improve cognitive function and creativity, improves overall health and well-being and promotes healing process; as the world population continues to grow and urbanise, these qualities are ever more important.
By incorporating natural colours, materials, sounds and light into the space will increase staff concentration and creativity by 15%, and also increases productivity by 6%.

Applying the principles of
Biophilic Design
Achieve or exceed your sale price expectation. Improve the look of that tired home for potential buyers. Produce positive results.
By working in tandem with sellers, we project manage your home for today's competitive sales market with a modernistic makeover. Together we can stage and re-style your property by redecorating and refurbishing, ultimately maximising viewings and bookings.
Home staged properties historically sell, on average, 8% above asking price over the non-staged, while outlay is normally between 1% and 3%.
