CONCEPT AND SPACE PLANNING
This stage forms the foundation of a successful interior design project, where ideas are shaped into a clear design direction and an efficient spatial layout. By understanding the client’s lifestyle, functional needs, brand identity, and aesthetic preferences, a cohesive concept is developed through mood boards, color palettes, and material inspiration. Thoughtful space planning then organizes zoning, circulation, and furniture placement to enhance comfort, flow, and usability, ensuring the interior is both visually appealing and highly functional.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Our design team takes the time to truly understand your vision, carrying out careful research and development to bring your ideas to life. We create detailed visual presentations using sample boards filled with beautiful finishes and materials, alongside rendered floor plans, computer-generated visuals and hand sketches, so you can clearly imagine how your space will look and feel. Clear schedules are produced for every element of the design, from walls and ceilings to doors, woodwork, furniture, brassware and finishes, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

IMPLEMENTATION AND INTERIOR COORDINATION

It involves coordinating with contractors and consultants, managing materials, furniture, and finishes, and supervising on-site work to ensure everything aligns with the design intent, budget, and timeline. PRACTICAL COMPLETION AND HANDOVER
The final stage of an interior design project, marking the transition from execution to occupancy. At this phase, all interior works are substantially completed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. A detailed site inspection is conducted to identify any minor defects or snag items, which are documented and rectified promptly. Final installations of furniture, lighting, accessories, and styling elements are completed, ensuring the space is fully functional, safe, and visually cohesive.
The handover process includes a client walkthrough, final approvals, and the submission of all relevant documentation such as as-built drawings, material warranties, maintenance guidelines, and operating manuals. This stage ensures the client receives a ready-to-use space, with confidence in the quality of workmanship and clarity on ongoing maintenance, resulting in a smooth and professional project close-out.
