CONSULTATION
During kitchen consultation, we focus on understanding how you use your kitchen and what matters most to you, from daily routines to storage needs and appliance preferences. We discuss layout options, workflow, materials, finishes, and budget considerations to create a kitchen that is both functional and visually appealing. This process ensures the design is tailored to your lifestyle, maximizes efficiency, and results in a well-planned kitchen that suits your space and long-term needs.
SITE SURVEY
is a detailed on-site visit where we carefully assess your space to create a strong technical foundation for the design. We take precise measurements of walls, ceilings, openings, and review existing services such as plumbing, electrical points, ventilation, and structural elements to fully understand the space.
This step helps us identify any potential challenges early on, such as service limitations or uneven surfaces, so we can plan accurately and avoid surprises later. It ensures your cabinetry, appliances, worktops, and fittings are designed and installed correctly, resulting in a smooth, efficient, and well-executed kitchen project.
DESIGN & PRESENTATION STAGE
This stage is where your ideas are developed into a practical, well-planned kitchen and then brought to life for you to review. Based on the consultation and survey, we create layout options that focus on functionality, workflow, and efficient use of space, along with selecting cabinetry, materials, finishes, worktops, appliances, lighting, and storage solutions to suit your lifestyle, budget, and aesthetic preferences. We then present the complete design through detailed layouts and visuals, walking you through the proposal and refining the details based on your feedback before finalizing the design.
ORDERING PROCESS
Once the design has been fully approved and all details are finalized.
At this stage, we confirm final measurements, specifications, materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories to ensure accuracy before placing orders. Detailed checks are carried out to avoid errors and ensure everything aligns with the agreed design, budget, and timeline.
Orders are then placed with our trusted suppliers and manufacturers, and production timelines are coordinated to align with the installation schedule. Throughout this process, we monitor lead times, manage deliveries, and keep you informed of progress, ensuring all components arrive on time and the project moves smoothly into the installation phase.
DELIVERY & LOGISTICS
is a crucial part of ensuring a smooth installation. Once all components—including cabinetry, appliances, worktops, and fittings—are ready, we carefully plan the delivery to coordinate timing, access, and on-site handling. This involves liaising with suppliers, scheduling shipments, and arranging storage if needed to prevent damage or delays.
Logistics also include managing the movement of large or delicate items on-site, ensuring that everything arrives safely and in the correct order for installation. Proper planning at this stage minimizes disruptions, avoids unnecessary handling, and ensures that the installation can proceed efficiently, resulting in a seamless and stress-free delivery experience for the client.
INSTALLATION & SECOND
SITE SURVEY
Before installation begins, a second site survey is carried out to recheck measurements and site conditions, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with the final design and preventing any on-site issues.
Once confirmed, cabinetry, appliances, worktops, and fittings are installed with close attention to detail and quality. This stage is closely managed to ensure accurate execution, smooth coordination, and a seamless finish, resulting in a fully functional and beautifully installed kitchen.
COMPLETION & FINAL SIGN-OFF
Marks the successful conclusion of the project, where the kitchen is fully installed, functional, and ready for use. At this point, a thorough inspection is conducted to ensure every element—from cabinetry, appliances, and worktops to lighting, plumbing, and finishes—is installed correctly and meets the design specifications and quality standards.
Any minor defects or adjustments identified during this inspection are addressed promptly, ensuring the space is flawless. We then conduct a walkthrough with the client, demonstrating the functionality of appliances, storage solutions, and other features, and providing guidance on care and maintenance. Once the client is satisfied, a formal sign-off is completed, confirming that the project has been delivered as agreed and leaving the client with a fully operational, beautiful, and tailored kitchen.
